Understanding what each status means

Pending

Your booking has been received and confirmed. We will contact you soon to schedule pickup or visit.

Confirmed

Your appointment is confirmed. Your device is scheduled for pickup or you can bring it to our center.

In Progress

Our technicians are currently working on your device. We'll update you on the progress regularly.

Completed

Your device repair is complete! We'll contact you for pickup or delivery of your repaired device.

Cancelled

The repair booking has been cancelled. Contact us if you need to reschedule or have questions.

On Hold

Repair is temporarily on hold, possibly waiting for parts or customer confirmation. We'll contact you.
